If your order needs to be cancelled for any reason, on the order details screen you can select the cancel button in the order actions section.

Please note: If the order has been sent for manufacturing, we will attempt to pull this from production but cannot guarantee a refund if the product has already been manufactured. Our team is here to help, please contact us and we will try our best to pull the order if its already been sent to production.
