This FAQ is designed to provide you with quick answers to some of the most common questions that users have about PODx. Our goal is to make it easy for you to get the information you need, when you need it, so that you can get the most out of PODx. If you can't find the answer to your question, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Is PODx free to use?

PODx is free to use, we do not bill user a monthly subscription fee. We also recommend ordering a free sample after you create your first product to see the high quality of our manufacturing and quick delivery.

Are you required to pay for every order that comes through Podx you try to dropship manually?

PODx charges your wallet or linked credit card only once a customer order from your eCommerce site is approved in PODx for manufacturing. Our users collect money from their customer before the order has been received by PODx for manufacturing.

Is Podx available worldwide?

Currently PODx fulfills orders for customer delivery in the USA and Canada. Many users operate EU/UK based eCommerce sites. Orders for their customers in the USA are fulfilled by PODx. PODx will enable fulfillment for customer delivery in the EU and UK in Q3.

Is there a limit on how many Podx products I can list in my store or order?

You can create as many products as you would like at no cost. You can also order as much product directly from us as you need for events. We offer bulk manufacturing for larger QTY orders.

Is there a limit on how many stores can be connected to the same PODx account?

No limit, connect as many eCommerce sites as you would like. You can create one product and sell it across all eCommerce stores or create products for each store individually.

Is it possible to have private labeling aka branding with Podx?

After you have connected a store, you will see the branding section within the stores left side navigation. In this section you can upload your company logo, add your branding message that displays on all packing slips and shipping labels for orders delivered to your customers.

What is your return policy?

For returns, if there is an issue with the product, PODx will refund you directly for that order. Customers will not ship anything back if a return is required and can discard the item if needed.

Can you use pictures of the products that you order from Podx for marketing purposes?

Yes! Many of our users will order some of the products they create / sell online to their house/business for photoshoots and creating marketing material.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping cost is flat rate, straight forward, and lower than the industry average:

  • Shirts and tank tops: $4.75 + $2.5 per additional unit
  • Hoodies and sweatshirts: $8.50 + $2.5 per additional unit

Within PODx you can select to enable flat rate shipping, at checkout on your eCommerce site, this cost will be added to the customerÕs order. We will bill this shipping charge to you when the order is processed through PODx.

What is your average shipping time for orders delivered to USA customers?

On average orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. 48 hours is the max processing time before the order is shipped to the customer.

Our facilities are located in the USA, in most cases the customer receives the product they ordered within 3-5 days.
